Mental Health
Wellbeing Service
The Wellbeing Service offers free and confidential talking therapy and practical support for Hertfordshire residents experiencing a wide range of mental health problems such as: worry, low mood, insomnia and stress.
We also provide support for carers, people who are struggling with the reality of living with long term physical health conditions or who are experiencing low mood and anxiety during or after pregnancy.
Young Concern Trust (YCT)
YCT is a counselling and therapeutic support charity. We specialise in supporting children and young people aged 5 – 25 years, their families and the professionals who work with them.
YCT started out in 1988 serving the immediate local community around Harlow, Essex, however we have grown considerably, working from community venues and schools, academies, colleges, alternative education provisions and specialist schools across Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London.
