Once completed we will invite you to make an appointment to see one of our Health Care Assistants for a routine New Patient Check. We offer this to all new patients aged over 16 years old when they join the practice, as it helps to ensure you receive the necessary medical treatment or health screening at Central Surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To arrange a New Patient Health Check please contact the surgery on 01279 603 180 (option 2) after 10am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor<em>.<\/em> Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group catchment-area has-base-3-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Catchment area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We can only register patients who currently live within our catchment area.
