Tell the local NHS about your online experiences
GP practices offer their patients different ways to access services, and our surgery uses eConsult as the online ‘consultation’ platform so that patients can make an enquiry about a medical issue at a time convenient to them.
The East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is in the process of re-procuring online consultation platforms, along with the Herts Valley and West Essex CCGs, and is asking for patient opinions to help inform the requirements needed.
This online survey here https://forms.office.com/r/grYve6YLRA has been set up by the CCG and should take less than 10 minutes to read and fill in. It is open until 6th August.
You don’t need to have used eConsult before to answer the questions – all feedback helps, and the CCG teams pass on their thanks through the PPG to those who are able to take part.
